Bank of America Merrill Lynch released the Transforming World Atlas report, which shows global economic trends through a series of charts.

One of the

graphs, based on CIA World Factbook data, shows the main exports of countries (excluding services exports):

According to this chart, many countries rely mainly on commodities for foreign exchange earnings, such as Russia, the Middle East and North Africa, which mainly export oil, so oil prices have fallen, and these regions have also been the most affected.

India, South Africa and

some other Central African countries rely on precious metals and minerals for their exports, such as diamonds in South Africa, which are famous.

Canada mainly exports motor vehicles and motor vehicle parts, Brazil and Europe are mainly exporting transportation equipment.
